Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread.

As promised...here is my SUPER YUMMY recipe for Pumpkin Bread.
It's SUPER moist {I really hate that word} and SUPER flavorful!
Make some up for Thanksgiving...it'll be a hit!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread
{thank you Molly for the recipe!!!}

Beat 5 eggs

1 1/3 cup oil
1 -16 oz. can pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
2 - 3 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding

Mix until creamy and stir in chocolate chips!

Bake at 350 for one hour....makes 2 bread loaf pans
or 5 smaller loaf pans
or 24 muffins.

If making muffins...they will only cook for 12-15 minutes.
If making smaller loaves...they'll cook for about 40 minutes....but keep an eye on them.

  1. OMG! Making this tomorrow. :) THANKS!!!!

  2. ooohh sooo good, quick question, when you say 5 smaller loafs, do u mean the really small ones from say michaels? just checking ;)

  3. Oh this sounds so yummy and I love it even more cause it's ingredients that I have here at home!! Thanks for sharing!
