Yum-a-licious Zucchini Bread.


Zucchinis have been on sale a lot lately at my local grocery store.
{I loooove me some good zucchini!}

Thinking I will be making some of our family's favorite 'Zucchini-Bikini Bread' this weekend.

Side note: Green chili hatchs are on sale yet again and I am STILL wanting recipes that call for them.
I LOVE them but don't know {officially} how to cook with them.

  1. I can attest to its yumminess!! This is the recipe I've been using since you posted it last year and my garden was overflowing with zucchini! Now I give out zucchini and a copy of your recipe to my neighbors because I've got too much! I do substitute applesauce for the oil just so I feel less guilty that I slather cream cheese frosting on top. :)

  2. They are only called Hatch green chilies because they come from Hatch Valley, New Mexico. You can use them in any recipe that calls for green chili. They aren't any different, except I think they might be a little spicier. :)
