Hot fudge and Mexican Hot Cocoa Recipes.

The wait is over.
Today I share with you two of my most FAVORITE recipes.
{See how I 'gifted' them HERE.}

Homemade Hot Fudge

1 - 12 oz. bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
2 cans of evaporated milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate chips on low heat.  Add sugar and milk.  Blend well.  Boil then cook 8 minutes, continually stirring.

Add 1 tsp. vanilla after removing from heat.

It thickens as it sits.

MASTER MIX of Mexican Hot Cocoa

10 2/3 cup non fat instant dried milk

1 6oz jar powdered non dairy creamer

2 cup powder sugar

1 16oz can instant chocolate drink mix (like nestle quick)

1/2 cup ground cinnamon

Add 3 Tbs of mix to 1 cup of hot water

You can't go wrong with EITHER of these!

  1. How many jars does the hot fudge recipe make?

    1. I believe it came out to be 2 1/2 jars - of the 1 pint size.

  2. Is that the large cans of evaporated milk or the small ones?
    Looks and sounds delicious!

  3. how many jars of hot cocoa does the recipe make?

    1. Honestly...I can't even remember since it's been a few years ago. So sorry!
