Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes + a $75 Visa Gift Card Giveaway #littlechanges

I don't know about you but breakfast is my VERY FAVORITE meal of the day.

It's also the ONE meal that I can guarantee my kids will eat well.

These Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes have become a FAMILY FAVORITE of ours.

The US Highbush blueberries in this recipe absolutely MAKE the recipe.

So yummy!!

Here's what you'll need to try this recipe out for yourself:

SOUR CREAM BLUEBERRY PANCAKES

2 1/4 cups flour

1/2 cups sugar

4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

1 cup sour cream

1/3 cup butter, melted

1 cup frozen blueberries 

1. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 

2.  In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.  Add the sour cream, milk and butter. Mix well.

3. Stir into dry ingredients and blend together. Fold in frozen blueberries.

4. Mix lightly until blueberries are combined with the batter.

Drop batter by the 1/4 cup full onto a greased griddle; flip when golden on bottom.

Top with extra blueberries
