Fun Finds Friday.

It's been WAY too long since I've done a Fun Finds Friday....we are WAY overdue.

Also: is anyone else slightly freaking out that tomorrow is DECEMBER 1st?!?!

The Target $ bins have OODLES of cute stuff for Christmas right now.

It took everything in me to not purchase ALLLLL of these place card holders.

It's almost like Target KNOWS my love language with all of these black and white polka dots and stripes!!!

Over at JoAnns...

How cute are these mini cake stands?
They're the perfect size for a couple of cookies or 1 cupcake.

AND...they're plastic!

Now...let's talk food.

Is this not the GROSSEST thing EVER?!

Also making me want to vomit....

EIGHT slices of cheese, people!
I feel like this is just one big fat heart attack waiting to happen.

Again...Target with the LOVE language.
Sugar Cookie Milk?
Yes, please!

Has anyone tried these yet?

Or this?

I'm adding them both to my list of 'things to try pronto.'

This {Thanksgiving} Weekend.

Thanksgiving this year was spent over at my parents house with all of the Lamoreaux clan in tow.

The food was delish and we all ate ourselves sick.

How is it that one can get SO full // SO fast??

After eating...we went as a family and saw...

We LOVED this movie!!
ALL of us.
Even my dad who normally falls asleep in EVERYTHING.

Go and see it.  It's super cute // super funny.

We had pie back at my parent's house afterwards for dessert. My brother got all of the pies this year from Kneaders and they were DEE-vine.

We practically fell asleep in a food coma that night.

* All day Friday was spent in my craft room

'Tis the season and I really could not be more grateful.

I finally left the house around 5:00 at night to check out some local Black Friday sales.  I purchased a few things online but wanted to see what was left in the stores.

Way more than I thought there would be!
It was a first.

I treated myself to a Peppermint milkshake from Chick-Fil-a.

You guys!!!!!!!  These are my FAVE!!!!!!

Over at Wal-mart I spotted the CUTEST PAPER plates...

You KNOW I bought em.
Scalloped edges and polka dots?
Yes, please!

* Saturday was spent doing more work.

We attended a wedding reception on Saturday night for a dear family friend.

Having s'mores at your wedding reception is pretty genius, right?  Having REESE'S s'mores at your wedding just takes things to a whole 'nother level!!!!  I was VERY excited about this.

* Churchey-church on Sunday.

We made homemade turkey pot pie for lunch and then headed back over to my parents' so that all of the grandkids could help decorate their Christmas tree.

We love this sweet tradition that my mom started a few years back.  My brother always makes his Hershey Kiss peanut butter cookies, we eat like a million, it's always WAY too loud and we always have fun.

Going through my parent's ornaments is a real HOOT!
I LOVE that my mom has saved every last one of them.

Thanksgiving Dip.

Happy Thanksgiving Eve!!!

Today I'm sharing with you a Lamoreaux family staple for your Thanksgiving festivities.

We've had this EVERY year since I can remember.

It's my FAVE and makes the perfect little appetizer before you get down and dirty with the turkey.

It also just so happens to include 2 of my favorite ingredients: Sour cream + Cream cheese.
{I like to keep things super healthy and low fat, ya know?}

Anyways....Enjoy! And make sure and serve with crackers.....
My favorites? Chicken n' Biskit {it's the only time of year I ever buy it} Triscuits, Wheat Thins and Ritz.

Lamoreaux Family Holiday Dip

Here's what you'll need:

1/4 tsp. salt

1 - 8 ounce package of cream cheese

2 Tbs. milk

1 Tbs. grated onion

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup sour cream

1 - 2 1/2 ounce package of dried Buddig beef

1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers

Mix cream cheese with milk, onion, garlic salt, pepper, salt and sour cream.

Stir in chopped beef and green peppers.

Serve with crackers and ENJOY!

This Weekend:

* Friday morning I loaded up my car with 20 fresh loaves of Chunky Cinnamon bread from Kneaders.

I delivered these delicious smelling goodies to all of the ladies in my stake who helped make our Womens Conference, such a HIT!

After 3 hours of deliveries... was back to work at home on my Etsy orders.

* Date night Friday night with Joe, my sis and nephew
at Blue 32 {our fave!} I have yet to have a bad meal there.

* Saturday morning we took the kiddies out to Circle K for beverages + donuts at Bosa.

If you saw my daughter on Saturday morning here, I apologize.  She went into the store with JUST her socks on.  Seriously, how gross is that?
I pick my battles.

* Joe took the boys out to the movies Saturday afternoon, London played at Grandma Marilyn's and I locked myself into my craft room for most of the day.

I did manage to come out for air and go grab my
for LINNER {late lunch//early dinner}.

* Churchey-church on Sunday.
London and I attended a missionary farewell for one of my sweet young women from back in the day.

My heart wanted to BURST, I was so proud//happy//excited for her.  This sweet girl did such a great job and I know she's going to change some serious lives over in Sweden.

* We pulled out alllllll the Christmas boxes Sunday afternoon and found this gem hidden amongst the boxes....

I have no idea why I thought it would be a good idea to save alllllll of my notes passed from friend to friend in junior high and highschool - - but I did.  And I thought London might be ready to read them all but......

....they were a little "much" for her age, just yet.

I told her we'll give it another few years before she can read all of them. 😂😂😂

Also - - why was I such a weirdo in highschool????
These notes KILL me!!!

And yes, I even DECORATED the box!!!!
Extra points if you can guess which Tom Cruise movie that pic is from.  Also - - that quote!!!!😂😂😂

* I made our favorite Bruschetta Chicken for dinner on Sunday night.

The next time you're at Costco: BUY THIS SEASONING!

It is sooooo good and the recipe for the chicken is right on the back label.

Joe's buns under our Christmas can only mean ONE thing.....

Christmas decor is GOING UP THIS WEEK and I could not be more thrilled and excited!!

We decorated the tree {and then I 're-decorated' what the kids did after they went to bed}.  Kidding......slightly...kidding.

One of my most favorite weeks of the whole year!

Christmas Neighbor // Friend Gift Ideas with PRINTABLE tags!

I've got my holiday candles burning and my Christmas music's NEVER too early for Christmas in my book!

{Ok...maybe in July.  When Hobby Lobby starts putting out all of their decor.  But that's it! 😅}

I've created OODLES of printable tags this season for YOU to use! They can ALL be found in my Etsy shop HERE and they can ALL be customized to include YOUR family name!

One of my very favorite things about the holidays is the gift giving...I LOVE giving gifts! Especially to our friends and neighbors.

Cue Snoop Dogg music

ANY ice-cream joint would work for this one!

And if you need to bring a White Elephant Gift this season....may I suggest a.....roll of toilet paper?!?

I seriously 'CRACK' myself up sometimes.
{I can see my kids rolling their eyes now!}

Find each tag for it's individualized description!
