Christmas Recipes you MUST try!

Years ago I discovered the 2 YUMMIEST Christmas recipes EVER.  And I only took 1 picture - and that was of the punch.

Now if I were a 'legit' blogger...I would make them up again {which I have but clearly, forgot to photograph!} and style them perfectly for some decent pics to re-post.

But who has time for that?
You're just gonna have to take my word that these are the MOST DELICIOUS things you'll make all season.

Now here's the deal-io.
I don't really like eggnog.
If I HAVE to drink it - - I prefer some 7up or Sprite mixed in.
But I cannot and will not ever drink it just plain ole regular.

So if you're like me...guess what....
you'll still LOVE these recipes I'm sharing today.

It's sorta like an obligation I have to share these 2 recipes EVERY year with my readers.

They're THE. BEST.

Make em and they're sure to be a hit at your next party.

I promise.
{And have I ever led you astray? Don't answer if so. ๐Ÿ˜‚}

Holiday Eggnog Punch

1/2 gal. eggnog

1/2 gal. peppermint ice cream, softened

2 liter 7-Up

Mix eggnog and softened ice cream until well blended.  Add

7-Up just before.  Mixture will be foamy.  Can be served with

a candy cane in each cup for decoration!

Eggnog Bundt Cake

1 yellow cake mix (preferably with pudding in the mix)

3 T. flour

2 c. eggnog

1/4 c. butter, softened

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 tsp. rum extract

1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Beat until smooth and creamy.  Pour into greased bundt pan.

Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.  Dust lightly with powdered sugar.

Caramel Sauce

1 1/8 c. brown sugar

1 cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 T. cinnamon

2 cups rich vanilla ice cream

Melt together.... (yes, that includes the ice cream...I think

that’s what makes it so yummy)......over medium heat (couple

of minutes).  Pour warm over individual servings immediately

before serving.  I served mine with Peppermint Ice-cream

 and it was dee-lish!

This caramel sauce I could pretty much eat by the

spoonful.  It's sinfully delicious!
